Dr. Rodner is a graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit Michigan. He completed his Internship and Medical Residency at Sinai Hospital of Detroit. Dr. Rodner served as medical Officer in the U. S. Navy for two years. He has been in private practice since 1970.
From 1999 to 2007 Dr. Rodner served as the Medical Director of the Lakeland Rehab Center. Lakeland’s patient mix included traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedics and strokes. The close working relationship he has established with physical occupational and speech therapists has made him a strong advocate for these professionals.
Dr. Rodner’s past teaching experience includes residents and medical students. His past administrative positions include section chief of Internal medicine, Director of the Sinai Hospital Physician Hospital Organization, a Medical Director of The Detroit Medical Center Ambulatory Services, Chairman of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and President of Oakland Internist.
Dr. Rodner is board certified in Internal medicine and Geriatrics.
